As part of the Research and Product Development team, Rebecca has a background in the Preparation for Life and Work sector and has been working with the qualifications since the test and trial in 2006-2007. Her main responsibility is to manage and implement the Qualifications and Curriculum Development Agency (QCDA) Functional Skills pilot project, providing support and information to NCFE centres going forward to the national launch of the qualifications in September 2010. |
| | "We want to create innovative assessment that’s engaging for our learners, providing them with the functional skills needed for the future" | TONI REDDEN Toni is part of our External Quality Assurance team which focuses on the Assessment function, responsible for producing our Functional Skills external assessments, as well as the training, allocation and monitoring of Moderators. The team also organises standardisation events to ensure the consistency of assessment decisions and the suitability of assessment material. Toni works closely with Rebecca to look after the Assessment and implementation of the Functional Skills qualifications. |
